You can report inaccurate information, content you consider illegal, or a breach of the website's rules.

How to contact us

Send your report to Show e-mail address. You can also reach this page through “Report content” in the footer.

What to include

• The exact page address and identification of the content concerned.
• A description of the problem; for illegal content, explain why you believe it is illegal.
• Your name and email address for a reply. An exception applies to reports of suspected offences under Articles 3 to 7 of Directive 2011/93/EU concerning child sexual abuse and exploitation.
• For illegal-content notices, confirmation of your good-faith belief that the information is accurate and complete.

Handling your report

If you provide electronic contact details, we will acknowledge an illegal-content notice without undue delay. We will assess it carefully and objectively, then tell you the outcome and available redress options. We will disclose any use of automated tools in processing or deciding on the notice.
